Overview

ACC1/2-IN-2 (compound PF-3) is a potent ACC1/2 inhibitor with IC 50 values of 22 and 48 nM for ACC1 and ACC2, respectively. ACC1/2-IN-2 has antiproliferation activity and can be used for cancer research.
