Antiproliferative agent-14 (compound 3b) a potent tubulin polymerization inhibitor, with an IC 50 of 3.41 μM. Antiproliferative agent-14 has excellent antiproliferative activity. Antiproliferative agent-14 possess the ability to arrest cells at G2/M phases of the cell cycle.
