Overview

hVEGF-IN-2 (compound 19) is a selective VEGF (Flk-1) receptor tyrosine kinases (RTK) inhibitor with an IC 50 value of 2.5 μM. hVEGF-IN-2 inhibits PDGF RTK activity with an IC 50 value of 33.1 μM. hVEGF-IN-2 can be used for the development of RTK-specific agents.
