Overview

SJ1461 is a potent and orally active BET inhibitor. SJ1461 inhibits BRD2 (BD1) , and BRD2 (BD2) , BRD4 (BD1) , and BRD4 (BD2) with IC 50 values of 1.6 nM, 0.1 nM, 6.5 nM, and 0.2 nM, respectively.
