Overview

PD-1/PD-L1-IN-31 is a PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor ( IC 50 =2.2 nM). PD-1/PD-L1-IN-31 promotes secretion of the IFN-γ , and induces immune activity of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) to inhibits tumor cells.
