Overview

EZH2-IN-16 (Compound 24) is an inhibitor for histone methyltransferase ( EZH2 ). EZH2-IN-16 inhibits EZH2 and EZH2 Y641F, with IC 50 of 37.6 and 79.1 nM. EZH2-IN-16 inhibits proliferation of WSU-DLCL2, with GI 50 of 0.2 μM.
