POP-3MB

Overview

POP-3MB (compound 1b) is an ICMT inhibitor (IC 50 : 2.5 μM). POP-3MB changes the subcellular localization of K-Ras and inhibits Ras activation. POP-3MB also inhibits Erk phosphorylation.
