Overview

HSP90-IN-23 (Comp 12-1) is an inhibitor of heat shock protein 90( HSP90 ) with an IC 50 of 9 nM. HSP90-IN-23 induces apoptosis of tumor cells and arrests the tumor cell cycle in G0/G1 phase. HSP90-IN-23 can be used for cancer research.
