Overview

Zavabresib (BET-IN-16) (Compound I) is a BET inhibitor. BET-IN-16 shows anticancer activity. Zavabresib inhibits prostate cancer cell growth, with IC 50 values of 0.043 and 0.034 μM against LNCaP and 22Rv1 cells, respectively.
