S-Diclofenac

Overview

S-Diclofenac (ACS 15) is a hybrid molecule of an H 2 S donor and the NSAID diclofenac. S-Diclofenac activates the p53 signaling pathway, and inhibits the activation of JNK . S-Diclofenac exhibits antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities.
