Overview

PI3Kδ/γ-IN-3 (Compound 58) is a potent and orally active PI3Kδ and PI3Kγ dual inhibitor with IC 50 s of 1 nM and 16 nM, respectively. PI3Kδ/γ-IN-3 induces tumor cell apoptosis and can be used for B-cell malignancies research.
