Overview

EGFR-IN-71 is a potent narrow spectrum epidermal growth factor receptor ( EGFR ) inhibitor with IC 50 values of 3.7 μM. EGFR-IN-71 can be used for researching chordoma. EGFR-IN-71 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
