Overview

LJ-4517 is a potent A 2A AR antagonist, with a K i of 18.3 nM. LJ-4517 is potent in displacing the binding of [ 3 H]ZM241385 ( HY-19532 ) at WT A 2A AR. LJ-4517 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
