Overview

CDK4/6-IN-14 is a potent and highly selective CDK4 and CDK6 ( CDK ) inhibitor with IC 50 s of 10 nM and 16 nM, respectively. CDK4/6-IN-14 exhibits more than 60-fold selectivity over CDKs 1, 2, 7, and 9, and shows high selectivity among other 205 kinases.
