Overview

Sabutoclax is a potent and effective Bcl-2 Family ( Bcl-2 , Bcl-XL , Mcl-1 , Bfl-1 ) inhibitor with IC 50 s of 0.32 μM, 0.31 μM, 0.20 μM, and 0.62 μM, respectively. Sabutoclax increases Bax , Bim , PUMA and survivin expression.
