Overview

Cathepsin L/S-IN-1 is a dual inhibitor of Cathepsin L and Cathepsin S with IC 50 s of 4.10 μM and 1.79 μM, respectively. Cathepsin L/S-IN-1 shows a significant antimetastatic and invasive effects on pancreatic cancer BxPC-3 and PANC-1 cells.
