Overview

Topoisomerase IIα-IN-6 (Compound 47d) is an inhibitor of DNA topoisomerase IIα/β . Topoisomerase IIα-IN-6 inhibits human topoisomerase IIα and human topoisomerase IIβ with IC 50 values of 0.67 µM and 0.55 µM, respectively. Topoisomerase IIα-IN-6 has stable metabolism.
