Kynurenic acid

Overview

Kynurenic acid, an endogenous tryptophan metabolite, is a broad-spectrum antagonist targeting NMDA, glutamate, α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor . Kynurenic acid is also an agonist of GPR35/CXCR8 .
