Overview

Triapine (hydrochloride) is the hydrochloride form of Triapine ( HY-10082 ). Triapine (3-AP; PAN-811) is a potent inhibitor of the M2 subunit of ribonucleotide reductase ( RR ), and is a potent radiosensitizer.
