MC4171 (compound 34) is a selective KAT8 inhibitor ( IC 50 =8.1 µM). MC4171 has been shown to exhibit moderate micromolar antiproliferative activity in different cancer cell lines, including NSCLC and AML, with potential for studying cancer .
