FY-21

Overview

FY-21 is a selective inhibitor of LSD1 ( IC 50 =340 nM), with anti-proliferation and anti-colony formation activities. FY-21 enhances p53 expression, down-regulates HOXA9 and MEIS1 expression. FY-21 also induces leukemia cell differentiation to exhibts antitumor activity.
