Overview

B-Raf IN 19 (compound 31) is a BRAF inhibitor that inhibits BRAF(WT) and BRAF(V600E) ( IC 50 : 0.57 μM and 0.28 μM, respectively). B-Raf IN 19 inhibits MAPK signaling in melanoma cells.
