ICMT-IN-1

Overview

ICMT-IN-1 (compound 75) is an inhibitor of ICMT ( IC 50 =0.0013 μM). ICMT-IN-1 dose-dependently induces ICMT accumulation in the cytoplasm of HCT-116 cells and inhibits the proliferation of multiple cancer cell lines expressing K-Ras and N-Ras .
