Overview

MDL-811 is a selective allosteric activator of SIRT6 with an EC 50 of 5.7 μM. MDL-811 possesses anti-inflammatory, antitumor, and neuroprotective activities. MDL-811 can be used for the research of diseases such as colorectal cancer and ischemic stroke.
