Overview

VISTA-IN-3 (Compound A4) is a potent VISTA small molecule inhibitor with a K D value of 0.49 μM. VISTA-IN-3 can induce the release of IFN-γ cytokines. VISTA-IN-3 synergistically enhances anti-cancer activity with PD-L1 antibody.
