Antitumor agent-155 (Compound 13) inhibits microtubule polymerization, induces autophagy and apoptosis . Antitumor agent-155 shows cytotoxicity against HCT116, A549, AGS, SK-MES-1 cells with IC 50 s of 0.227, 0.253, 0.574, 0.423 μM respectively.
