Overview

GGTI298 Trifluoroacetate is a CAAZ peptidomimetic geranylgeranyltransferase I ( GGTase I ) inhibitor, which can inhibit Rap1A with IC 50 of 3 μM; little effect on Ha-Ras with IC 50 of >20 μM.
