Overview

hCAXII-IN-10 (Compound 18b) is a dual inhibitor of human carbonic anhydrase isoform XII ( hCAXII ) and cathepsin B , with a K i value of 2.2 nM. hCAXII-IN-10 can inhibit the role of hCAXII in providing tumors with a pH microenvironment conducive to tumor growth, and is expected to be used in the study of tumor diseases.
