Overview

SMO-IN-5 ((Compound 25(B31)) is a potent and competitive inhibitor of smoothened ( SMO ) that can inhibit Hedgehog (Hh) signaling. SMO-IN-5 interacts with Smo through hydrogen bonds, hydrophobic interactions, and electrostatic forces.
