Ricolinostat

Overview

Ricolinostat (ACY-1215) is a potent and selective HDAC6 inhibitor, with an IC 50 of 5 nM. ACY-1215 also inhibits HDAC1 , HDAC2 , and HDAC3 with IC 50 s of 58, 48, and 51 nM, respectively.
