EGFR/HER2-IN-12 (compound 14b) is a dual inhibitor of EGFR and HER2 with 81% and 51% inhibition at 10 μM. The toxicity of EGFR/HER2-IN-12 to cancer cells A431 and MDA-MB-361 was not significant.
