PSMA-azide

Overview

PSMA-azide is a prostate-specific membrane antigen ( PSMA ) ligand. PSMA-azide inhibits PSMA-dependent NAAG (N-acetylaspartylglutamic acid) hydrolysis, with an IC 50 of 9 nM and a K i of 1 nM. PSMA-azide contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups.
