Zharp1-211

Overview

Zharp1-211 is a RIPK1 kinase inhibitor with an EC 50 of 53 nM and a K d of 8.7 nM. Zharp1-211 reduces IFN-γ-induced STAT1 activation. Zharp1-211 can be used in the research of graft-versus-host disease and colon cancer .
