Overview

STR-V-53 is an HDAC inhibitor (IC 50 in nM).STR-V-53 increases histone acetylation in tumor cells by inhibiting the activity of these enzymes , which in turn regulates gene expression.STR-V-53 inhibits tumor growth, and induces apoptosis .
