Overview

RET/TRKA-IN-1 (Compound 13) is a dual inhibitor for RET ( IC 50 =0.375 µM) and TRKA . RET/TRKA-IN-1 inhibits cell viability of LC-2 and KM12, with GI 50 of 0.72 and 0.25 μM. RET/TRKA-IN-1 arrests the cell cycle at G1 phase.
