Overview

METTL1-WDR4-IN-2, an adenosine derivative, is a selective methyltransferase Like 1 (METTL1)-WDR4 inhibitor with an IC 50 of 41 μM. METTL1-WDR4-IN-2 shows selectivity against METTL3-14 (IC 50 of 958 μM) and METTL16 (IC 50 of 208 μM). METTL1-WDR4-IN-2 can be used for the study of cancer .
