RXR agonist 1

Overview

RXR agonist 1 (Compound 33) is a highly selective RXR agonist, with EC 50 s of 9 nM, 18 nM, and 11 nM for RXRα , RXRβ , and RXRγ , respectively. RXR agonist 1 binds to RXR with high affinity ( K d = 0.03 μM).
