Overview

pan-KRAS-IN-18 is a pan KRAS inhibitor that inhibits KRAS WT and KRAS G12V with IC 50 s of 29 and 9 nM, respectively. pan-KRAS-IN-18 exhibits antiproliferative activity in KRAS-mutant cell lines. pan-KRAS-IN-18 can be used for lung cancer research.
