BET-IN-23

Overview

Bet-in-23 (Compound 23) is a BD2-selective BET inhibitor with an IC 50 of 2.9 nM. BET-IN-23 has anticancer activity and can significantly inhibit the proliferation of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell lines by inducing G0/G1 arrest and apoptosis in vitro.
