β-Catenin modulator-7

Overview

β-Catenin modulator-7 (Compound 5) is a modulator for β-catenin . β-Catenin modulator-7 inhibits the expression of β-catenin in HCT-116 cytoplasm and nucleus, suppresses the phosphorylation of GSK 3β . β-Catenin modulator-7 promotes NO release in HCT-116, and inhibits the proliferation of cancer cell HCT-116 with IC 50 of 0.6-0.9 μM. β-Catenin modulator-7 can be used in reasearch about colon cancer .
