Overview

Cloperidone is an inhibitor for cytochrome P450 2C9 ( CYP2C9 ) with an IC 50 of 17.7 μM. Cloperidone exhibits cytotoxicity on HepG2 cells expressing CYP2C9 (60% survival rate at 10 μM).
