Overview

SML-10-70-1 is a ligand for RAS , which covalently modifies the K-Ras G12C mutant protein, and inhibits the phosphorylation of ERK and Akt . SML-10-70-1 inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells H23, H358 and A549 with IC 50 of 26.6-47.6 μM.
