Overview

SGC-CAMKK2-1, a chemical probe, is the selective, inhibitor for calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase kinase 2 ( CAMKK2 ) with an IC 50 of 30 nM. SGC-CAMKK2-1 inhibits AMPK phosphorylation in cell C4-2 with an IC 50 of 1.6 μM.
