Overview

Nrf2 activator 17 (compound 10) is an Nrf2 activator that inhibits the interaction between Keap1 and Nrf2 with an IC 50 of < 0.1 pM. Additionally, Nrf2 activator 17 has an EC 50 of < 10 μM in HepG2 cells.
