Overview

MCI-INI-3 is a selective ALDH1A3 inhibitor, with an IC 50 of 0.46 μM and a K i of 0.55 μM against hALDH1A3. MCI-INI-3 inhibits retinoic acid ( HY-14649 ) biosynthesis. MCI-INI-3 can be used in research related to glioblastoma and glioma.
