FW-1

Overview

FW-1 is a type I inhibitor for FLT3 with IC 50 of ca . 1 μM. FW-1 exhibits cytotoxicity in FLT3 mutated AML cell. FW-1 arrests the cell cycle at G0/G1 phase, and induces apoptosis in cell MV4-11 and MOLM-13.
