Overview

UniPR500, a UniPR129 derivative, is a competitive EphA2 receptor antagonist with a K i of 0.78 μM. UniPR500 dose-dependently reduces binding of biotinylated ephrin-A1 to EphA2 with an IC 50 value of 1.1 μM.
