Overview

NLRP3-IN-77 (Compound 7n) is a potent NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor. NLRP3-IN-77 inhibits the viability of THP-1 cells with an IC 50 value of 5.36 nM. NLRP3-IN-77 can effectively reduce the secretion of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and interleukin-18 ( IL-18 ). NLRP3-IN-77 is promising for research of diseases related to the abnormal activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome, such as cancer and inflammatory diseases.
