Lipid I97

Overview

Lipid I97 is an ionizable lipid derived from vitamin B 5 ( pK a = 6.23). Lipid I97 can be used to generate lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for mRNA delivery in vivo. Lipid I97 can be studied in research for enhancing mRNA transfection efficiency and long-term stability as well as formulation of mRNA vaccines.
