Overview

α-Amylase/α-Glucosidase-IN-17 (Compound 3) is an inhibitor of α-amylase and α-glucosidase , with IC 50 values of 14.61 μM and 25.38 μM, respectively. α-Amylase/α-Glucosidase-IN-17 has certain inhibitory activity against A549 cancer cells. α-Amylase/α-Glucosidase-IN-17 has anti-tumor and anti-diabetic effects.
